Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We ship to the following countries:

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Tags must be attached
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at vestoimpex@gmail.com
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number
  3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging
  4. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package
  5. Ship to our returns address (provided with your RMA)

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund
  4. We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building management
  • Contact your local post office
  • If still missing after 48 hours, contact us
  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier
