Processing Fees

  • Additional fees for credit/debit card payments upto 2% as per the payment gateway company rules.
  • No surcharges for any payment method
  • Currency conversion fees may apply for international cards

Order Processing

  1. Authorization: Your payment method is authorized when you place an order
  2. Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  3. Charging: Your card is charged when your order ships
  4. Confirmation: You receive email confirmation at each stage

Payment Authorization Holds

When you place an order, your payment method may show a temporary authorization hold. This is not a charge and will be released within 3-5 business days if the order is cancelled or not processed.

Currency Information

All transactions are processed in INR.

  • International customers may see currency conversion on their statement
  • Conversion rates are determined by your bank or card issuer
  • We display prices in your local currency based on current exchange rates (estimates only)

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, please:

  1. Check that your payment information is correct
  2. Ensure you have sufficient funds
  3. Contact your bank to verify the transaction isn't blocked
  4. Try a different payment method

For recurring failed payments, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Returns Policy:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return
  • You will receive email confirmation when refund is initiated
  • Bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund

International Payments

We accept international payments with the following considerations:
